Small details become large given the right perspective. The composition of these collages are pieced from tiny plant clippings. I hold the clippings up at arms length and photograph them, backlit by daytime sky creating the silhouette. The individual photos are then arranged, flipped, rotated, and cropped until they finally come together as small trees.
